Who doesn’t love a great party? and what bigger party than MARDI GRAS in Sydney THIS Saturday 4th March

Mardi Gras weekend is probably one of the best party weekends in Australia. It’s big, and it’s loud and is for everyone. With every passing year it gets better, it captivates the nation and resonates around the world.

Our Secret Spot club is hosting one of the biggest events of the year

THE MARDI GRAS AFTER PARTY @ OSS

If you’re looking where go for an after party, after the parade, head to Our Secret Spot, because in their own words “the party need not end with the parade”. Judging by the great success of their Pendulum party a few weeks ago, this one is sure to be packed out by hot couples and select sexy bi-singles.

Whether you live in Sydney or are making your way there watching or being part of this energetic and all- inclusive celebration of Australia’s LGBTQI culture is an experience you’re sure to remember.

If you haven’t planned where to go, or if you’re not in Sydney get yourself a plane ticket because this is a party you do not want to miss.

They are Australia’s swinging podcast superstars, Al and Eli, or as they are quickly becoming known, The Aussie Swingers. After years in the lifestyle, both at home and abroad, the paired-up podcasters are spreading the love with their chat show, swinging holidays and general awesomeness. We recently sat down with Eli to discuss their rising star and swinging around the world!

(RHP) Tell us about you first experiences in the lifestyle.

(Eli) I had always been bi curious and we met a very sexy lady whilst living overseas who I had my first full experience with. The only problem being, she was a Lesbian, so Al didn’t get a look in. We knew when we got home that it was something best experienced as a couple and we went to a local Lifestyle friendly resort to explore. The rest is history. We then looked for local couples, attended some events, Lifestyle cruises and visited overseas Lifestyle resorts and almost six years later, countless experiences and Lifestyle events later, we’re still going strong.

How did those first experiences come about?

From the beginning, RedHotPie was our wingman. We used The Pie for all our events and parties and now we’re happy to give back by taking groups to overseas events this year. We’ve been to many Lifestyle resorts, cruises, events and clubs internationally but it was really RHP that started us off.

When did you know swinging was the lifestyle for you?

Really when we met each other. We had both just come out of marriages where sex, trust and intimacy issues were prevalent. We were like two horny teenagers again in our early 30’s and vowed to enter and develop a relationship with absolute honesty. We communicated openly from the start about what we wanted to try and it was on both our sexual bucket lists to explore elements of the Lifestyle. It has opened up a whole new world of incredible experiences, deepened our levels of trust and respect and has taken our relationship to a whole new level.

What are some of the things couples should consider and discuss when getting into swinging?

I think ultimately your motivation for doing it. It’s something to add to the relationship not something to replace it. If there are any cracks in your relationship, embarking on this journey will turn them into deep chasms. Also ask yourself, is your communication on point? I mean real communication, where your fears and insecurities are easily discussed and not used as ammunition later.

We have written a comprehensive guide to about the Swinging Lifestyle. You can access it completely free here: http://theaussieswingers.com/freebook

What are some of the sexiest scenarios you’ve experienced while swinging?

There have certainly been a few and they take many different forms. I do remember being a human sundae on a Lifestyle vacation, covered with chocolate sauce, whipped cream with a cherry on top and being devoured by an entire resort full of couples.

We’ve participated in ‘Eyes Wide Shut’ style events which were incredibly sexy and erotic, and had beach bed sex with 3 other couples under the stars in Mexico.

Sometimes though, the sexiest times can be great food, wine and conversation with a couple whom you deeply connect with, which leads to the most incredible sex. And when this is an ongoing connection, with multiple play dates, the sex just gets better and better. We identify with being sapiosexual, attracted to peoples minds, intelligence and personalities first and foremost.

Tell us about your podcast, how did that come about?

The podcast became an extension of our Blog www.TheAussieSwingers.com We have done video reviews (Vlogs) previously on Lifestyle resorts and cruises, but we wanted to make it more personal and portable and the podcast is a great way to connect with people. At last count we’re being listened to in over 90 countries which is beyond out expectations and downloads just keep growing.

From week to week, what kind of subject matter are you covering?

Anything you can imagine. We get a lot of emails from listeners about their issues in Swinging or about topics they’d like to see raised. We see ourselves as a voice for the Lifestyle Community. We also talk about our Lifestyle travels around the world, sexual health, sexual issues, parties and also regularly interview prominent Lifestyle identities. We try to provide a classy, balanced and fair opinion whilst also protecting peoples privacy. Discretion is paramount in the Lifestyle.

You’ve done some work with the Playboy team in the States, that sounds exciting, tell us about that.

We’ve had a great relationship with our partners at Playboy TV for a number of years and more recently Playboy Radio. We have appeared on Playboy Radio’s “Swing with Holli and Michael” (the most famous Swingers in the world). They have really opened up the world of Swinging to the public with their reality TV show “Swing”, set in a beautiful mansion, where a ‘newbie couple’ enters the house for a weekend to explore what the Lifestyle has to offer. Get a trial here (http://theaussieswingers.com/Swing) and download away, there are over 40 episodes of it, great for sexy weekend viewing.

You’ve done some travelling too, tell us about some of your favourite swinging events around the world.

We’ve been to so many, but our top two would have to be Desire Resorts in Mexico and Lifestyle Cruises out of the States. It’s such a treat to be able to completely immerse yourself in the Lifestyle for 7 days straight and just let go of the ‘real’ world. This is why there are so many repeat guests to these places. It is incredibly addictive.

We’re also really excited to Host a group on behalf of RedHotPie ((http://theaussieswingers.com/RHPNIN) at Naughty in N’awlins this year the largest Lifestyle Convention and also the Bliss Cruise in November. Palm Springs is also a favourite and closer to home, Passion in Paradise is a must do event as well.

Is the swinging culture similar in other countries, or do cultural differences extend to the lifestyle?

From our experience, swinging is inherently similar around the world, the differences lie with the openness and acceptance of it, country to country and state to state and couple to couple even. The Swinging population the US for example far exceeds any numbers we could imagine here and it’s reflected in the number of clubs, events and takeovers available there. At the end of the day though, wherever you are from, the international language of love surpasses all barriers to communication.

Where do you want to take your swinging media work in the future?

We see ourselves continuing to podcast (http://theaussieswingers.com.iTunes) as we’ve developed quite a following already. We’ve also been asked to present Swinging seminars so that is on the agenda, and who knows, we may even feature on RHP’s Red Talks. We look forward to continuing our hosting duties and bringing RHP to the world.

Ultimately, wherever it takes us, we want to provide honest, relevant and reliable content that people enjoy and can relate to. Whether you get to experience these places yourselves or just live vicariously through us, we hope to make a difference in showing the world that Swingers are regular people, educated, intelligent, class and sexy.

RedHotPie travels the world finding the sexiest, most salacious swinging events on the planet to bring to you! Our tireless Party Insider, Bessie Bardot has done it again, uncovering San Francisco’s hottest adult event brand… Bronze Party!

San Francisco: it’s a very RedHotPie kinda town… sexy, liberated and up for just about anything! If this slice of West Coast heaven wasn’t already sexy enough, it just got a whole lot sexier with Bronze Party now hosting the hottest of hot San Fran soirees, making even the most seasoned swinger swoon.

As RedHotPie’s intrepid Party Insider, I sampled the Bronze Party brand (all in the interests of research of course,) and I can tell you – you don’t want to miss out on the sinful & decadent events that these guys are throwing. If we know anything at RedHotPie, it’s sexy, and Bronze take the gold when it comes to sexy!

Their house parties are an intimate and cozy affair, with beautiful people relaxing and enjoying life to the fullest. Then there are big events every month. I got down and dirty with the Bronze Party set at a wildly erotic warehouse bash, which any RHP lifestyler would definitely have been at home at.

I got the inside scoop from Bronze Party owner Ben, also the creator of an innovative lifestyle online booking system, Modern Lifestyle, that gets the flirting going way before you meet in the flesh.

(RHP) How did you get into the lifestyle yourself?

(Ben, Bronze Party) – I used to live in Berlin Germany where there were BDSM clubs, I’d go to those clubs and also attended the Exotic Erotic Ball in San Francisco where I’d bring girls and play, but this got me thinking and I decided I really wanted to put on events out in the open for the lifestyle and that’s how it all started.

How has the lifestyle changed, especially in the Bay Area.

Events were much less professional in the past. Now we have high quality venues, high level service, and excellent hygiene. By producing upper scale lifestyle parties, we are able to provide a better, safer and more upscale experience.

How has technology brought likeminded people together?

We started the first online ticketing for lifestyle party organisers and this has really helped likeminded people get together. Over 60 event organisers use our system. This saves party goers a bunch of time – now instead of having to create a profile with every club, a guest can simply set up one profile and access these 60 websites immediately. This has really brought the industry together and made it faster for couples and singles to reach cool events around the world.

Tell us about Bronze Party

The best way to describe Bronze Party is the Roman orgy. A mansion or club full of beautiful people, with beautiful bodies and gorgeous faces getting it on. Bronze Party guests tend to be planners, they are a higher class of people who make more of an effort and really get into the theme as opposed to showing up at the club with little to no forethought or attention to detail.

What are some of the hottest things you’ve seen at one of your parties?

It’s like watching ‘Eyes Wide Shut’. Just sexy people with the same idea of life having a blast.
It truly is a spontaneous organisation of like-minded people who want to relax and have fun together. The difference from ‘Eyes Wide Shut’ however is that people are friendly and interactive. They want to get to know you and don’t think they are better than you.

Who are these events attracting and how can people get involved?

Our events really attract the lifestyle leaders. We really have one of the better groups in the world. Attractive, smart, great education level and fun people.
Just go to www.BronzeParty.com, sign up and apply to be a member, then check out whose going to the events and start the online foreplay.

What advice would you give to young couples considering dipping their toe in the lifestyle?

The best advice I can give is to take it slow, join a few sites and see what’s out there. I always say, you can’t un-fuck somebody, so take your time and communicate with your partner. It can be the most incredible thing you’ve done if you don’t act like a chicken with your head cut off!

You also offer a ticketing system geared toward adult events, tell us about that.

This has really made a difference to the lifestyle as organisers can promote each other’s events, and the smaller promotors can reach everyone as well. It really brings the community back together and gives the members ultimate advantage with a wide variety of play parties.

Also members can start the online foreplay and flirt way before they meet at the event as our ticketing system also has an official ‘who’s going to the event’ page. You can check out whose coming, start chatting and build up the sexual tension way before the night. We do not offer a full blown social network though, because we leave this for the companies that specialise in this like Red Hot Pie. Our promoters are interested in guests buying tickets to their parties, not so much in people just being online, so we make customers go to other sites to do more full scale social networking like chatting, activity feeds, etc.

What are the next big lifestyle innovations?

Definitely better geographic tools for choosing the right people and even tougher verification systems. And legality, the lifestyle must be legal across the world. We have a fight on our hands, to be completely legal and accepted so we can flourish. It’s a morality fight. The right to have events legally how we want and when we want. There’s no denying who we are, and our community is growing at a rapid rate, this is the future!

It’s the hottest place in town, if your town is Sydney that is! But it’s gaining a reputation around Australia as one of the country’s premiere adult venues. When you speak to owner/operator, Lawrence, it’s clear that Sydney’s, Our Secret Spot swinger’s club has rise to prominence has not been an accident. During a recent chat with RedHotPie, Lawrence outlined his own history and that of Our Secret Spot.

RHP – How did you get into the scene?

Lawrence – I got into the swinging scene a few years back with a former partner. The thought of introducing other people into our bedroom play had been with us for many years. So, I guess we had a predisposition to the lifestyle already. One particular day we were both feeling particularly horny and sexy so I proposed the idea of getting an erotic massage together. My partner jumped at the idea. We looked up some websites, found an establishment that welcomed couples and off we went. It was such an erotic experience. We spoke about it for weeks. Then one day while I was at work, I got an email from her with all these links to swinger dating sites and Red Hot Pie was one of them. We ummed and arrrd for a day or two deciding on our rules and on the day before News Years Eve we created a profile. By the 31st of December, we had messages from quite a few hot and sexy couples. We were surprised a bit actually. On New Years Day we set up a meet and off we went. We dove straight in and had a blast. This was truly a game changer. Now with my current partner, we both have played in the lifestyle previously to being in a relationship with each other. It was an easy transition for us to open our relationship to swinging. My partner now helps me run the club week to week.

How did you go from someone interested in the lifestyle, to opening your own venue?

My level of interest in the lifestyle is more than simple interest. It was becoming a very big part of my life. It became more than just getting to have sex with people outside of my relationship. I wanted to absorb all I could. I bought and read books about the lifestyle. I listened to podcasts that gave great perspective about swinging from all over the world in an up to date fashion. I wanted to know everyone’s thoughts on the subject. I wanted to educate people and couples. I truly feel that the current paradigm of a monogamous relationship is inherently flawed and for most people unrealistic, whether they like to admit it or not. This lifestyle was truly scratching the itches I had on every level. My partner and I hosted house parties for a small group of couples that we all knew and got along with, plus we had blast organising them. I’ve had ambition of getting into business for myself, so I thought what better way to start than to work on something that I am passionate about. We had been to venues in Australia and overseas. We like some whilst others left much more to be desired. In Sydney especially I didn’t feel there was somewhere nice to go. Places may have served their function but the niceties were missing. This is what pushed me over the edge work hard toward creating my own club. The ambition for the club is to not just to be a place for couples to come live out their fantasies and just have sex, but also provide education about the lifestyle as well as other things, an erotic massage workshop for example.

When did Our Secret Spot open?

Our Secret Spot opened 1st March 2014, Mardi Gras night. It was a huge opening and we were caught off guard a bit with how to manage that many people. Goes to show how hungry Sydney siders were for a new club. We’ve been making adjustments based on feedback and going from strength to strength.

If you had to surmise the primary goal of the business, what would it be?

The primary goal of the business is to provide couples fantastic and memorable experiences in a venue that is erotic, safe and clean.

The club has quickly gained an excellent reputation, what makes it the best venue in Sydney?

Thank you for saying so. We are the best venue in Sydney for a number of reasons. One of the biggest reasons, I think, comes from our attention to detail. We spend a lot of time and money into creating something other than run of the mill. We make sure the club looks amazing for every guest and is super clean. This is most reflected in the feedback we get most from our guests, especially the couples that visit us for the first time. Another reason is we go to great lengths to make sure the venues isn’t sleazy and off putting to first-timers or couples new to the club environment. First impressions count and we are acutely aware of this. Additionally, we take great pride in the excellent customer service we provide. All the staff are friendly, welcoming and always available to answer any questions our guests have. We like to give first timers a tour of the venue and explain basic house rules. It’s all these little things and more that go toward creating the best swingers club in Sydney.

Who is the club catering to?

Our Secret Spot caters predominantly to couples looking for an alternative venue to come and party. These couples can be newbies to the whole lifestyle, seasoned pros, or perhaps they simply just enjoy coming along to socialise in an open-minded environment. There is absolutely no pressure to do anything you do not want to and we encourage couples that attend to be open and clear in their communication with us and others. Whether you want to play, want to watch, be watched, or have a sexy flirt with others in a safe environment it’s completely up to you. We love seeing couples who are well presented and are eager for a great night out. If you’re nervous, tell us. We can chat with you and can facilitate introductions if you’re unsure and you will quickly see that all our guest are super friendly and just as keen as you to enjoy themselves.

Do you have a lot of newcomers to the scene?

Yes, quite a few newcomers to the scene come to Our Secret Spot. We hold a monthly newbie Fridays party which we encourage all newcomers to come along and experience the club. Of course, newcomers are welcome any other night too. We put a lot of effort into getting our name out there and as such, we generate a lot of interest with couples who may have talked about it before but never made the plunge. Our advertising and visual appeal plays a big factor in attracting newcomers because it openly shows what they can expect when coming to Our Secret Spot.

Is Our Secret Spot a good place for people who have met on RedHotPie and to take things to the next level?

Our Secret Spot is a fantastic way for couples and singles who originally met on RedHotPie to take things to the next level. Not everyone can host their own rendezvous at their home. Whilst meeting at regular bar or club can be good to get to know a couple, it can be frustrating when you have nowhere to take the rest of the party? Hiring a hotel room can become quite expensive and then comes the issue of working out who pays, and who’s credit card gets used to book the room etc. etc. Not to mention what you do at that awkward moment if you find you aren’t a match for each other and need to go your separate ways. Coming to Our Secret Spot take all this angst out of the equation. It’s a venue that is set up for meeting new people and taking things to the next level IF you feel so inclined. It’s a neutral playing ground for both parties and offers comfort and security. The cost of entry to club is far cheaper than booking a hotel and all you could possibly need is at the club. Plus, if you find out you aren’t a match with the people you came to meet, there are plenty of other lovely couples to mingle with, giving you more options and thus reducing the chance of spoiling a night out that you’re been looking forward to.

A lot of private party organisers are using Our Secret Spot as their after-party venue, why is that?

We believe that we need to work with others in order to make this life style bigger and better. Spreading the word is key for us. Private Party organisers like using Our Secret Spot to host their parties and after-parties because we offer an all-inclusive service. An organiser can approach us, pitch their theme and we will work with them to make their party idea a reality. It lightens their workload because the venue is setup for these parties. Depending on the numbers the are bringing we can even close the club to exclusively host their party. By doing this they can hold a much bigger party than they would be able to at their own home or hotel. So all you have to do is turn up, your guests will be looked after by our staff and you’re free to enjoy your own party. Once it’s over simply say goodbye to your guest and we’ll look after everything else. Cleaning now does not become a nightmare you have to deal with after all the fun.

Is your club female friendly?

Our Secret Spot is absolutely female friendly. When creating the club and deciding on décor and alike, every decision first asked was would a women like this? If the answer was no then it wouldn’t be used. We have female staff on hand to speak with and to be of comfort to women who may be nervous about the whole thing. We make sure everything is perfect so the women can relax which in turns helps with sexy vibe!

If a couple are looking for a third, be it guy or girl, can they find that at Our Secret Spot?

Looking for a third to join in a couple’s play happens so easily at Our Secret Spot. Single women often frequent the club and as we are gaining a fantastic reputation more and more are coming each week. If a couple were after an extra gent to join them, the best night would be a Sunday evening. This is the only time we allow unaccompanied men to come to the club, provided they’ve been to the club before. Alternatively, a couple can bring along an extra gent with them. These rules are in place so that we, as the staff, can be confident that each and every single guy at least understands the dynamic of a swingers club and the acceptable behaviours that go along with that.

What’s the hottest scene you’ve witnessed at the club?

I have witnessed many hot scenes at the club. One of the most recent hot scenes I’ve witnessed at the club was our shackle room was filled with 4 couples. Two couples were on the bed and both were doing doggy style with both women still having their stilettos on (personal favourite of mine). Another couple was on the sofa while the guy was receiving a blowjob. The last couple was simple watching all the action while the guy was giving hand relief to the women. It was a remarkable sight. The pure freedom of sexuality and openness of that scene is what makes running the club worth it.

What’s the future hold for Our Secret Spot?

The future for Our Secret Spot is bright. We love our club but we know there is always room for improvement. We want couples know this is only phase one of the club. We have plans to expand the club itself and make it even bigger with huge open spaces for all the hot couples that come every week. Our goals is the have a multi-storied venue that spreads across a couple of property blocks where we can house a complete and un-rivaled venue that will be more than just a swingers club, it will be an emporium of music, dancing, flirting and sexuality! With the continuous support of the couples that come this will quickly become a reality. We want to keep it fun and fresh for newcomers and regulars alike.

There are a handful of venues around Australia championing the expressive adult lifestyle that so many people have chosen to adopt. These venues have blazed new trails into mainstream society allowing the swinging lifestyle to be seen for what it is rather than what it has for so long been labeled.

This weekend, Western Australia will welcome the newest addition to the list of great Aussie adult clubs. Along with the existing venues around the city of Perth, the town of Rockingham (just south of Perth) is about host the grand opening of a dedicated adults retreat that will offer guests a non judgmental haven in which to meet likeminded people.

Throwing it’s doors open this Friday, September 4 with a black tie and masks themed gala, Club Fantasy promises to be W.A’s hottest adult venue and if the plans of the managers are realized then it will join the ranks of Australia most beloved lifestyle hot spots. There’s been some healthy research put into this new venture and as we discovered, the team behind Club Fantasy has been using RedHotPie to determine what the West Australian market wanted and just how to give it to them.

(RedHotPie) So what’s it taken to get to this stage with the club?

(Club Fantasy) We’ve been making notes and plans for the past 2 years, just watching what people have written in chat and forums on RedHotPie as to what they want in a club… We leased these premises just over 9 weeks ago and it has been all go ever since then. We have had a lot of help from old and new friends and we really have to thank them from the bottom of our heart.

You obviously identified a market for your venue in the Rockingham area?

Yes, we decided to go for the idea south of the city due to the fact that there is already a club up north and two central to the Perth area. Since the closure of Club Oz there has been nothing down this way to cater for the people this side of the city who don’t want to travel too far.

So what can people expect from a night at Club Fantasy?

We’re hoping that people walk away from a Club Fantasy night feeling safe and secure and relaxed and wanting to come back. We have a certified security guard, a friendly barman or two depending on how busy the night is and we also have a door attendant to welcome you and then a couple of friendly hosts to give you a personalized tour of the premises if you have not been before. As owners we try to mingle with people as much as possible to get feedback from our guests.

Your venue has full council backing, what was that process like?

Hmmmm where do I start? It was a long battle, firstly going through the committee which we had to go through before going to the council. There were some for and some against but we won the majority of votes there. Now it’s been before council we have been set certain guidelines that we have to stick too otherwise we can be given a cease trading notice, but as we have done it all above board and followed each guideline to the this point we shouldn’t have any problems… we are apparently the first council approved adults club in WA according to the council’s records.

So what are the time and location details for anyone interested in checking Club Fantasy out?

Well opening days are Friday and Saturday night so far but we are approved to also open on a Sunday night.

Times : Fri and sat 8pm doors open and doors close at 12pm and once Sunday is up and running we can open from 6pm with the main door being closed at 10pm

The club’s located in the industrial area in Rockingham just off Dixon rd , address details are supplied once registering on RedHotPie and will also be in the local papers

Once grand opening is over, prices will be going back to normal which is guys $100 couples $60 ladies $20 which includes cool drink and coffee and light snacks and a pick up and drop from train or local area
