Women pay strangers to stroke their vaginas in new sex craze. Women are paying strangers to touch their vaginas in a bid to improve their sex lives and achieve better orgasms.

Orgasmic meditation (OM) practitioners are holding group masturbation classes to teach women how to climax, promising that the lessons can lead to a “larger state of consciousness, improving intimacy in relationships and generally increasing your orgasm skills”.

During a typical orgasmic meditation class, the woman undresses from the waist down while a total stranger strokes her clitoris for 15 minutes.

But before the fully-clothed stroker starts to massage their partner’s downstairs with the help of organic lube, they describe the vagina they are looking at, going into detail about the colour, texture and shape.

OM participants do the stroking in front of other group members in what’s called a “nest”.

While the session might sound rather sexual there’s apparently “no goal other than to feel, connect and be present”.

It may sound like a bizarre and seedy sex cult, but it’s popularity has been snowballing since it was founded in 2001.

There’s over 10,000 practitioners worldwide and 2,000 already in the UK, attracting a mixed clientele – anything from couples in their early 20s to people in their 80s.

Sex

Sex is great. Sex is part of our human making – psychological & emotional, physical and social. Sex is a beautiful thing, it’s the only time you are connected with someone with your mind and soul.

We all Love it. We all want it. We all eventually have it.

In recent years a whole movement has taken place, where more women are owning their sexuality, their pleasure and desires. Women for centuries have had this struggle between their inner desires and social expectations. Women, unlike men, had not enjoyed the freedom of expressing their sexuality.

Hence, social and cultural restrains had the biggest effect on women’s sexuality. So much so that women in the 1800s were believed to not have any sexual libido. In the 1900s women were encouraged not to be sexual even with their husbands.

Despite urges from the body, the mind interprets what society will accept and deems appropriate or not. Social pressure has held powerful sway over the mind’s attitude toward women’s desire for centuries. Women have been told for centuries that enjoying sex is slutty and whorish, enough, don’t allow antiquated sexual attitudes stop you from exploring and enjoying your body and sexuality.

With modern tendencies towards sexual freedom eroding traditional attitudes towards women’s sexuality, here are what women need to do to have sex like men do. What follows are 6 reasons why more women are having sex like men!

     1. Own Your Libido

Women have a high libido; they just need to free themselves from all the social and cultural attitudes that too often dampen their desires. Women need to allow themselves to feel lust, desire, and to enjoy sex. Women need to make sex about them, about their pleasure and need to learn to meet their own needs.

2. Own All Your Different Orgasms

Women not only can have more orgasms than men but they also experience a number of different orgasms. Women can have a clitoral orgasm, vaginal orgasm, multiple orgasm, G-spot, breast orgasm, squirting orgasm, some women can also have a mental orgasm. In short, women are orgasmic creatures who for the vast majority have been afraid to embrace their sexuality. As you can see their potential is enormous. Leaves any experienced male feeling a little jealous and slightly overwhelmed. Yes, this is the reason why many savvy vixens love gangbangs where they know they can reach all of these orgasms in one night.

     3. Realise That Men Love Sexual Women

Confident women speak about their sexuality and aren’t afraid to act on their desires. The frowns and the looks, even the occasional ‘slut-shaming’ utterances are for the most yawn-fest and boring. Celebrities such as Amy Shumer, and Miley Cyrus , who are unapologetic about their sexuality. Mainstream TV series of the looks of Orange Is The New Black, RHP and Tinder and other media influences are pushing the boundaries and changing the way we think about women’s sexuality. Men love sexual women because they know what they like in bed and love sex as much as they do. Finally, men can be honest about sex with a partner who is not going to be horrified at the many facets of sexuality and sexual possibilities. A sexually confident woman is the best asset a man can have in his life journey.

     4. Sexual Experience Makes You A Sex Diva

How can a woman possibly be good at sex or even know what she likes or dislikes about sex when she has had no experience? To understand, enjoy and know your turn on and offs, you need to have sex and go so far as to say have had a few sexual partners. To be queen between the sheets, you need to embrace your wants and needs to be totally authentic in bed. Only through exploration do you get the knowledge and a set of skills that will provide you and your partner pleasure. If you are already in a relationship, explore with your partner, watch porn, play with sex toys, indulge in self-play, become a swinger or anything that your fancy takes you. You will not discover if you are straight vanilla, or have a kinky side or bi-curious until you go out there and play.

      5. Sex Will Help You Meet Your Compatible Partner

Most women have the perception that they should hold off sex until they meet their life partner. That if they do have sex too often this act only will destroy their chance of a serious relationship. Nothing is further from the truth, being who you are sexually is very sexy and attractive. No man who loves sex wants to commit to a relationship with a woman who doesn’t understand and enjoy sex. Who doesn’t know her body and how it best has pleasure.

     6. Sex Is An Endurance Sports

Sex is an endurance sports, you need to practice harnessing your stamina. To keep your body at optimum and to get to know your body’s ability get in the gym, get active. Think of exercise as a means to get better at sex. No red-blooded male enjoys a ‘corpse’ next to him, unless that’s a fetish of his, otherwise an active and enthusiastic lover is what we all desire.

Don’t expect everyone to accept the openness of your sexuality because at the end is not about what people think about you or your sex life but about how you feel about your body, your sexuality and about fulfilling and exploring your sexuality.

With women embracing their sexuality, sex between women and men can only get better. Women will feel free to explore, to let go of their inhibitions and men will enjoy having partners who will be fulfilled and happy. Be a traditional (vanilla) girl with a swirl of slut, exactly how nature intended women to be.

Giving her just one orgasm is cause for celebration. But any woman who can climax once can probably cross the finish line again—and again.

It’s a biological gift: You have to wait for your refractory period to pass before you’re ready for round two, but women don’t seem to experience the same reloading phase, says Men’s Health sex advisor Debby Herbenick, Ph.D. She could experience her second wave of pleasure in as little as 1 minute.

But just because she can come twice doesn’t mean she will. Studies suggest that only 14 to 40 percent of women have had multiple orgasms in one session.

How do you help her become one of the lucky ones? First, make sure that’s what she wants. Some women would rather cuddle after climaxing than be pressured into an encore.

Next, remember that women differ dramatically on how they can achieve one orgasm, let alone two. So although there’s no one roadmap, try these tips to boost your chances of doubling (or tripling) her pleasure.

Step 1: Create massive sexual tension.

Building up desire is a precursor to any sexual activity. But creating copious amounts of sexual tension can be just what she needs to achieve a bonus orgasm.

It’s like when you’re famished: You eagerly scoff down your meal and then go back for seconds and thirds. “You want her to retain her feelings of overall arousal when her body starts to relax after having the first orgasm,” says Amie Harwick, author of The New Sex Bible for Women.

So tease her early and often: Text her a sexy message in the morning, cop a feel under the table at dinner, and indulge in some PDA. By the time you get to bed, she should be extra, er, hungry for sex.

That way, when she has her first orgasm, she may still be up for seconds.

Step 2: Keep her idling.

After she climaxes, give her clitoris a short break—it becomes super sensitive for many women immediately after sex, says Ian Kerner, Ph.D., author of She Comes First: The Thinking Man’s Guide to Pleasuring a Woman. But don’t stop the action completely: Spend a minute or two making out and attending to her breasts, butt, and any other favorite non-genital hotspots. Whisper in her ear about how beautiful she looks.

Your goal: Keep her in a semi-aroused state so you don’t have to start from scratch to bring her to her second peak.

Step 3: Rev it back up.

After a woman has an orgasm, the blood that rushes to her genitals during sex lingers, making it easier for her to climax again, Kerner says.

Prime her for round two with dirty talk, he suggests. Try something like, “That was so hot—I need you again!”

Then return your attention to her genitals. “Start with a light touch,” Kerner says. “Try lightly circling your finger or tongue over her clitoris slowly, and then work up to more extreme stimulation with an increasingly faster pace, more pressure, and intensity until she’s ready to go again.”

Step 4: Try a new route.

There’s nothing wrong with sticking with what works—but you can also try bringing her to orgasm by attending to a different erogenous zone.

This can work particularly well if her clitoris is still sensitive from round one. Plus, novelty encourages the release of the feel-good chemical dopamine, which may help her orgasm faster, says Kerner.

Aim for her G-spot with positions like woman on top or doggystyle. Feeling more adventurous? Some women can climax from nipple stimulation, research finds.

Lightly trace circles on her nipples with your fingers or tongue, building pressure as you go, or try sucking on them.

Want to crank it up another notch? Stimulate the area between her vagina and anus with your tongue, suggests Ava Cadell, Ph.D., author of Idiot’s Guides: The Kama Sutra. Some women find it mind-blowing—but you may want to check with her first.

GO ahead be selfish, dim the lights, fire up Redtube and spend some quality time under the sheets with yourself. Masturbation isn’t only a source of pleasure it also keeps...

GO ahead be selfish, dim the lights, fire up Redtube and spend some quality time under the sheets with yourself. Masturbation isn’t only a source of pleasure it also keeps you in good health. Masturbation is actually good for you!

Masturbation has always been a subject of taboo with a string of myths that perpetuated negative attitudes but science has proven these myths to be wrong. Myths such as; you’ll go blind, lose your strength, or grow hair on the palms of your hands are just a few myths people used to tell about masturbation. Of course here at RHP we don’t need medical science to tell us that masturbation is actually good for you but it is nice to have science on our side.
What science does say about masturbation, however, is that it has a whole bunch of health benefits. Here’s how a little self-play can keep your body, mind and your sex life in shape:

Your Body

Whether you’re male or female, masturbation is a fun way to stay in shape. It’s a form of exercise! No need to leave home to go to the gym! A great winter sports, don’t you think, exercise while keeping warm and getting that much needed loving…
Playing with yourself helps to boost your immune system and keeps you in good physical shape. Plus, the muscle relaxation you feel after an orgasm can help with sleeping better, cure short-term aches and pains, while the longer-term benefits include lowering your heart rate and blood pressure.

For men, regular masturbation helps maintain a healthy hard-on and can even help men learn to prolong sex (something ladies really appreciate). For women, it can alleviate menstrual cramps and speed up recovery from urinary tract infections and exercise your pelvic floor muscles, which will help you enjoy more powerful orgasms (that’s enough said there ladies).

Masturbation and orgasm both burn calories, and the phenethylamine that floods into your bloodstream when you orgasm is an appetite suppressant, so it can even help you stay slim. Now here’s a diet plan more people would be likely to stick to!

Your Brain

If you’re feeling stressed or depressed, self-love is just the thing to indulge in. Along with the mood-boosting effects of dopamine and oxytocin, the endorphins you release when you orgasm help to fight depression and anxiety.

Your Sex Life

We’re here because we care about our sex life. You’ll be happy to know that masturbation makes you more attractive! How you ask? Some of that attraction is hormonal, but the circulation boost you get when you masturbate will also give your skin a natural, healthy glow and that big smile on your face after orgasm will help too.

Masturbation is good for your body, your mind and your sex life and it’s side effect free. If there was a pill that could do all that we’d all be buying it. Now that we know all the benefits what are you still doing here jump in bed and get busy…

While we’re on the subject of Masturbation, how about if we get some feedback from you about this topic? Or why not jump on the member forums and read what others have to say?
