This steamy advert banned from the Super Bowl claims vegans have better sex drive than meat eaters.

Watch below the sexually explicit ad from animal rights campaigners PETA, called ‘Last Longer’:

Amidst all the moans and explicit romping there’s a message to all the blokes out there.

Your boner depends on your choice of diet.

“Meat-eaters across the country are feeling the effects of a deflategate crisis taking place right on their home turf, in the bedroom,” reads the first line in PETA’s press release for the sexy ad. “Turns out, the cholesterol in meat, eggs, and dairy products slows the flow of blood to all the body’s organs — not just the heart.”

There is truth to this. Sure there are certain things you can put in your body, like, uh, whiskey, that perhaps have an adverse effect on your penis. A balanced diet of meat, fruit and vegetables can benefit your sex life.

But are there foods that can give you a boost down low?
A new study published in The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition revealed that simply consuming more flavonoid-rich foods like fruits, vegetables, tea and red wine could seriously decrease your risk of developing erectile dysfunction.

The Flavonoids anthocyanin encourages blood flow, which is the driving force behind your boner, so no wonder it’s good for your junk.

This study found that men who consumed foods high in these flavonoids had the strongest boners and had a 14% risk reduction in erectile dysfunction.

What are these boner-friendly foods? Try Blueberries, cherries, radishes, celery, citrus fruits, parsley, thyme, hot peppers, tea and red wine. However, all you have to eat is just a few portions a week, which doesn’t make you a vegan.

These foods are your junks’ best friend.

Now back to your shopping list and just add some of these foods to the list.

Have you in the past found that certain foods help you with your sexual stamina?
