Live strippers on the back of a truck is too much – even for Sin City.

A Las Vegas strip club has agreed to stop an advertising promotion in which it hauled bikini-clad exotic dancers around in a truck with clear plastic sides.

Marketing Director Larry Beard of Deja Vu Showgirls told The Associated Press on Friday that he’s taking his lawyer’s advice and parking the truck. Beard said earlier this week that he was prepared to fight county leaders and others who thought the moving truck promotion was unseemly or unsafe.

The truck rolled along the Las Vegas Strip from 10pm until 2am trying to lure customers to the club.

Three sides had untinted windows, offering views of the strippers dancing around a stripper pole.

Miss Nude Australia 2008

Last month the city of Churches was on fire as Australia’s hottest talent put it all on the line for the title of Miss Nude Australia. Max and the RHP team where ringside to check it out… it’s a bastard of a job kids but someone’s got to do it right?!

Think poles, think fire, think lotions, think just about anything you like, because when the national title is on the line, some of Australia’s sexiest girls pull out all the stops and this years pageant was no different. In fact, according to co-founder Madame Josephine, the Miss Nude Australia Pageant 2008 really turned up the heat.

“I can tell you that this year, even over all of the previous years just amazed me, the standard was just incredibly high, and when it came to that final week when all the state winners came together the line-up was just awesome!”

Held at the world-renowned Crazy Horse Revue, over a dozen on our finest fillies purred their way through molten routines that no doubt did little to help the global warming problem. In fact not only has 2008 and proven to be one of the pageants finest showings to date, it looked very much as though the Australian public are returning to the sophistication of high-end seduction in droves… in turn, the girls are following.

“I just think the dancers want to be showgirls again” spouts Madame Josephine. “I mean table dancing and lap dancing is great, we do it at Crazy Horse and it’s terrific, but I think the girls are really getting back into the idea of dressing up, making the effort and there’s nothing better than seeing good wholesome entertainment like that”.

And don’t think you’ve got to be of the crow-eater bloodline to get in on the action ladies; with heats being held over the years from Townsville to Hobart and a slew of raunchy rooms in between, just about every lass with aspirations of greatness can have a crack and shaking it with the best. Not only can the Miss Nude Australia pageant bump up your savings account by about $20,000, you get a lovely sash and a chance to take it all the way to the big game. Former holders of the domestic title such as the sexiciously sumptuous Morgan Summer have gone on to compete and win international titles such as Miss Nude World and Miss Nude Universe proving once again, Aussie women are simply unbeatable!

When pageant time rolls around, each Australian state hosts a number of first round heats to gather the finest from far and wide, from there it’s off to the big smoke to compete for the states titles. The winner and first runner up in each state head to Adelaide for the big one, so as you can imagine, after all those moves, after all the routines and all that judging… the quality is nothing short of electric, to that we can testify personally!

A big congrats to this year’s winner SusieQ who won her way to the nationals after taking out the Miss Nude NSW title. After fighting a few initial nerves Suzie stepped up with an act that left the judges juiced and the crowd positively primal

“It was amazing, just an incredible experience” beams Suzie. “All the girls were so lovely; you hear about the bitchiness in those things but they were great. All the girls were helping each other with their costumes and everything. Overall the competition was amazing, especially the stage at the Crazy Horse, I’ve never seen anything like it”.

Girls imagine this… Costumes, sexy men with rippling muscles, dancing and drinks while surrounded by a group of your best girlfriends, sounds like a great night? That’s because it is!!! Male entertainment has always been on the list of things to do for many a hen’s night but why reserve it for this usually one time event? Hot clubs include Bodyline (VIC), Jo‘s Exotic Dancers (QLD), Damien‘s Party Entertainment (NSW) and Collar and Cuffs (WA). RHP spoke to male stripper Corey Cruise from the popular ladies’ club Collar and Cuffs about what it’s like to be a man of the loin cloth. He also gives a few tips for you guys the next time you find yourself in the bedroom with a lucky lady.

Male Stripping began in the 1970s and continues to be a fun favourite for girl’s birthdays, divorce parties or just a fun girl’s night out! Collar and Cuffs resident compare with 21 years experience in choreography gives RHP an insight into what it is like to be in one of the most popular male revues in Australia.

RHP: Hey Corey, how are you?

Corey: Good thanks!

RHP: Now Corey can you tell me why is male stripping so popular?

Corey: We find our club popular as it is the only ladies only club in Perth. It’s a place where the ladies can come for a fun night out without any hassles. The guys are there to make sure they have a great night out, a night they will remember for a long time, especially if it’s a hens’ night.

RHP: What is it about the costumes that women like so much?

Corey: Women love Firemen and police costumes, a man in a uniform really. Perhaps because they take control and women love men to be in control… And it’s sexy.

RHP: Why did you become an entertainer?

Corey: I love to perform live on stage it’s great for your confidence. The money can be very good too…

RHP: What are the pros and cons?

Corey: The cons: It can difficult to have a full time relationship, a lot of the time spent away from your partner, the insecurities they have.

The pros; Confidence, learning the art of performing live and it‘s great watching ladies really enjoy themselves, oh and of course, money!!

RHP: Since you seem to know what girls want, can you give the RHP guys some tips for in the bedroom?

Corey:
o Make sure you’re in the right bed
o Take your socks off when you have sex
o Not all lingerie comes in black and red lace
o Understand the lingerie is for her to feel sexy and not for you per se
o Wear aftershave, as the old saying goes ‘the lady puts perfume wherever she wants to be kissed’ so you should make sure you smell good wherever you want to be kissed.
o Get rid of your 25 year old underwear. Boxer shorts and briefs are the go
o All women like to be taken – whether handcuffed, rescued, or carried, many women like a man who is in control of the situation
o If you know the woman well you should know if a costume is on the cards, if she smiles when she sees a fireman maybe it’s time to pull out the hard hat and hose
o Dancing – a woman loves a man who can dance but go basic you don’t want to look dorky or pull a ligament
