Does dancing around half naked in front of your lover sound like your idea of fun? Well according to one of our recent naughty poll results the answer is a surprising YES!
That’s right, all those hot bodied, experimental and untameable RedHotPie folk out there claim that at some stage they’ve performed the seduction salsa for someone they knew. So what are you waiting for? Don’t you want to logon now?!
Well ok you caught us out- this poll was actually very close with 45% of our voters saying no when asked if they had ever performed a striptease for someone with 55% ticking the yes box!
But to all those who said no, our next question to you is ‘why not’? What’s so scary about losing the kit and getting’ jiggy with it? Oh the dimples and those pesky stretch marks? C’mon people no one expects you to look like a Chippendale or professional Vegas style stripper.
So why would someone do the naughty dance for their loved one (or some other lucky victim) and risk losing that all so precious dignity? Because it’s not rocket science; it’s easy, great fun, and you might even look…gulp…sexy?!
You may well ask ‘who decided it was sexy to dance around in our undies disrobing like it ain’t no thang?’. Blame the success of the Pussycat Dolls for a start! Or perhaps the day Carmen Electra released her strip style workout and erotic dancing DVDs.
With Carmen’s at home DVD’s there is no shame in dancing around the lounge-room practising your techniques in private until you’re ready to share with someone else your new found sense of strip.
When Marilyn Manson famously introduced us to Miss Dita Von Teese I think we all thought momentarily what it might look like if we had a bath and danced around in a giant martini glass. Or was that just me?!
And who could forget the further push to the mainstream with the animated series Striperella, famously voiced by Pamela Anderson. Suddenly it became very chic to be a stripper or dancer of some exotic erotic sort.
Be it pole dancing, lap dancing or even burlesque, strip dancing has become hotter than ever and more accessible for the less limber to perform.
Pole dance classes popped up in cities across oz and both girls and guys have been unstoppable since. It’s really no wonder our attention has been focused on erotic dance of late. In fact with all the publicity on the subject of late, it’s almost uncool if you’re not interested in age old art of nuding up.
So come on, the evidence is starting to stack up right?
There isn’t a guy or girl out there who wouldn’t love to see a member of the opposite sex, slowly peeling back layers of clothing while grinding to a sexy soundtrack. So there is a bunch of reasons why you should check out the art of the strip-tease. And did I mention getting your body moving for half an hour is incredible beneficial?! You could count your little practise sessions as your daily exercise.
Suzie Q outlined some great ideas and techniques in last months Slice so make sure you bone up on the how to’s.
So its time to get that 45% onto the bandwagon. Maybe you have no rhythm, perhaps you body ain’t as crackin’ as it used to be; well friends, that’s all nonsense! All bodies are beautiful so have yourself another drink and turn the stereo on! If you do need that extra confidence boost, attempt shaking your groove thing in some soft light. Candle light is very forgiving and not to mention sexy!
If you do decide to strip for your partner it’s safe to assume that they like your body. So be confident. And if it isn’t your partner, the lucky person is still sitting there wanting to see your birthday suit, so just go for it! If they’re down for a little mambo-heat then there’s no reason for you to hold back.
At any rate there has to be some happy chappy out there who will be very grateful to review and rate your moves. Trust me, people everywhere are embracing this new erotic expression, it seems RedHotPie is full of people who have danced up a storm for someone and probably would again. You need only tune into our chat section’s webcams for evidence of that…
