You have heard of the popular saying: ‘ Men Are from Mars, Women Are from Venus ’ a metaphor that has become part of the popular culture to describe the differences between men and women.

Yes, men and women are very different and face problems when trying to get along.

We are different in how we do things, think, react and in how we experience life and sex. Almost in all aspects men and women differ, but despite all the differences we need each other.

If we recognise that we are different, embrace, respect it and ultimately support each other, there are lessons we can teach each other. Our differences enrich our lives and yes sometimes ticks us off, but imagine if we were all the same —BORING.

We should be glad these differences exist. As is often said, opposites attract, and it’s this which creates the magic between us.
