If you are a proud owner of a penis, you’ve probably googled all about it.
For instance, how does your manhood compare to others, how can you make it bigger? What penis size do women prefer?

Since questions on this topic are so common, and answers to them really are hard to find, sex researcher Dr Justin Lehmiller set out to answer them.

Here are answers to at least 5 of the most common questions about penis size as answered by science.

Hoping your questions are answered below:

1. What’s the average penis size?

It is impossible to definitively say what the average penis size is, there has been little to no research on the topic. Lehmiller, however, found some scientific literature that analysed the size of over 15,000 penises from around the world and found that the average penis size when erect is:
Length 5.2 inches

Width 1.5 inches

If you’ve been worried that you’re smaller than average, hopefully, this puts your mind at ease.

2. Are there racial differences in penis size?

Once again, because there isn’t much research on penis size and how it varies between races it’s hard to say. Based on the above mentioned scientific research on penis size, it didn’t find any racial differences. In other words, it would seem as though most penises are pretty similar around the globe.

Those racial stereotypical beliefs are just a myth, race is not an indication of how much you’re packing.

3. Can you tell the size of a man’s penis from the size of his shoes?

We all heard the saying “You know what they say about guys with big feet…” but is there any truth to it?

According to a study in 2002, the answer is no. You cannot tell how big a man’s penis is based on how big his feet are. So, even dudes with tiny feet can have an impressive schlong.

But wait for it, because this might be unexpected!

There is some statistical correlation between the size of your manhood and your height, so, it looks like you can kinda tell how well-endowed a dude is by his height. Yay, to being tall.

4. Do women think bigger is better?

It really comes down to taste. Bigger, for some women is not always better.

Several studies have proven that the majority of women are totally satisfied with the size of their partner’s penis. Regardless if it’s on the smaller side or pretty big.

Plus, another study found that penis size makes literally no difference in sexual satisfaction in women. More to the point, when women were asked what penis size is best, women tend to pick an average size penis instead of a big one.

All that said, some women prefer big boys when they are in the mood for visual gratification or that is just their preference. Everyone is different.

5. How can I make my penis bigger?

There are all kinds of gimmicks out there in the market, and according to Justin Lehmiller, they don’t work.

So invest your efforts in something that does work. Know what works for women, what makes them orgasm. Whether your well-endowed or lacking in the trouser department, what matters is that you pay attention to your partner’s pleasure and size then doesn’t really matter.

The truth of the matter is that the penis size is only one small piece of the sexual equation.

There’s much more to satisfying relationship and sexual confidence than the size of a penis…. Or is there?

What are your thoughts? Does penis size matter to you? Or is it all relative?

Let us know your thoughts in the comments section below.

Be present, connect in the bedroom and feel pleasure in that moment.

Are you worried that you do not perform well enough in bed?

Having great sex normally takes your mind off of any worries that you may have and puts you in the moment of the most enjoyable act that life can offer you.

So for what reason are there so many men experiencing anxiety around the topic of sex? Why do they believe that they are just not good enough in bed? The answers to these questions are many. So right now I will take the time to address just a few.

In my experience, for the male the main problems in the bedroom seem to be centred around the following topics.

Will I be able to satisfy my partner sexual?

Is my penis big enough?

I am worried about pre-ejaculating or not ejaculating at all, and

If I don’t give her an orgasm I have failed to satisfy her as a lover.

To begin with, STOP thinking so much. This negative self talk is forming the basis for most of your performance problems. It’s driving you crazy and your penis is feeling the pain of your insecurities.

Now guys get out of your heads and into your heart space. If you want to satisfy her get over yourself. Clear your mind and put 100% focus on giving her pleasure by just being you. If she has an orgasm, that is fantastic. If not, it’s not the end of the world. The main objective here is to enjoy the feeling of togetherness. Focus on the feelings you experience when you touch one another. Savour the way you feel when you are intertwined as one.

Being relaxed and at ease whilst you are in a state of mindless intimacy relieves you of the pressure and anxiety of being a good performer. Some guys actually believe to be a good performer you have to have sex like you are racing a marathon. SLOW DOWN. It’s not a race and she certainly doesn’t want you to attempt to do intercourse for hours on end. Honesty, she will get bored if that’s what you think sex is all about. Take it easy. Breathe and feel into where you want this experience to take you.

Just another tip guys, if you feel that your penis size is the main problem, think again. As long as you have at least two inches in length and girth you can satisfy your partner. The majority of her nerve endings are located within the first two inches of the opening of her vagina. There are 8000 nerve endings in her clitoris alone! The old saying ‘ it’s not the size of your penis that counts, it’s the way you use it’, comes from a place of truth.

If you are genuinely concerned about your penis size or the strength of your erection, you can use a penis pump to help you increase the amount of blood flow drawn from your body to the shaft of your penis. You can also use a vibrating personal massager to help further elongate your penis. This is done by placing the massager on the perineum which is the area of skin between you testicles and your buttocks. Both gadgets are particularly great tools for men to use that have suffered from prostate cancer or that are experiencing prostate related issues.

There are also many different strategies that you can use to tackle pre-ejaculation. One way is to use a tight cock ring around the base of the penile shaft. This will help to keep blood in the shaft of the penis and constrict the amount of blood moving from your penis back into your body. Cock rings can also be used to make your orgasm more intense.

Ok, now that you have calmed down and you’re back in sync with what’s happening here enjoy your love making.
